Rodelle Vanilla

Rodelle Vanilla Liqueur Coffee

Preparation Time: 20 min / Resting period: 30 days / Servings: 5 cups

Ingredients:
4 cups sugar
1 cup instant coffee powder
1 cup boiling water
2 Rodelle Vanilla Beans split lengthwise
3 cups brandy, vodka or bourbon

  • Mix together the sugar and coffee powder.
  • Pour the boiling water over the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well dissolved and blended.
  • Place the Rodelle Vanilla Beans in a bottle, pour in coffee mixture and add brandy, vodka or bourbon.
  • Age the mixture at least 30 days in a cool, dark place, turning and shaking the bottle gently every few days.
Age the mixture for about 45 days.
