Rodelle Vanilla

Rodelle Fudge
A classic fudge recipe from the matriarch of the Rodelle family

Preparation Time: 20 min / Cooling Time: 1 hour / Servings: 4-6 

Ingredients:
½ lb butter
3- 12 oz packages chocolate chips
1 cup evaporated milk
1 large package of mini marshmallows
4 cups sugar
1 tsp Rodelle Vanilla Extract
Bring sugar and milk to a boil and boil for just 6 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl with ½ lb of butter.
Pour milk and sugar over ingredients and mix until marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted.
Place in buttered pans and cool.

Note: For best results use shallow pans such as cookie sheets so fudge will not be too thick.
