Grilled Salmon with Luscious Salmon Sauce
Great on the grill! Rodelle’s salmon sauce will delight you for those summer cookouts.

Preparation Time: 30 min / Cooking Time: 15 min / Servings: 4 

Ingredients:
One pound salmon steaks or fillet

Sauce:
½ lb butter
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
4 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Rodelle Vanilla Extract
½ cup ketchup

    • Prepare the sauce by combining all of the ingredients over medium heat.
    • Cook until boiling. Remove from heat.
    • Baste salmon liberally with the sauce while grilling.
    • Use the remaining sauce to pour over cooked salmon when serving.
